The SRM-CS 7/24 mobile application has undergone a significant transformation, enhancing my experience with additional digital features that improve usability.

Accessing my information and the available e-services is now more efficient:

1. I can view my Dashboard, which consolidates my contracts and invoices, manage outstanding payments for myself or on behalf of others, and monitor my consumption in both value and volume.
2. I have access to various e-Services (e-Connection, e-Subscription, and e-Cancellation) and can track their processing in real time from the Back Office.
3. I receive advice on effectively managing my consumption.
4. I can submit requests (events, incidents, complaints, etc.) and monitor the progress of their resolution remotely.
5. I can easily contact my advisor by reaching the Customer Relationship Center at: 0522 31 20 20.
